Is yoga safe for me?
Although our brand of yoga is not very strenuous, you should consult your doctor before participating in class. Only participate with your doctor’s approval. CareWell PT does not assume any responsibility in case of any injury.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable, nonrestrictive clothing or athletic wear.
What equipment do I need?
Your computer and a yoga mat or blanket
How do I join the class?
Classes are hosted via webex. After registering with the form above, you will receive a link in your email to join.
We recommend first time guests joining 5 to 10 minutes early to make sure they don’t have any technical issues
